Look for the white label on the side or bottom of the box.
Locate the Serial Number (S/N)
The serial number is printed below the barcode — it begins with “LHM” followed by digits (e.g. LHMxxxxxxxx).
Enter it above
Type or copy the serial number exactly as printed.
